STUDIO STORIES – how to clean your jewels

Take care of your Naida C. Castel piece with affection and it will last longer in good condition. Store it in a safe and dry place.

The pieces tend to rust with the passage of time, it is a natural process, if you want to keep them clean you can follow the following steps:

  1. Fill a bowl with warm water and mix with a little bit of dish soap to get soapy water.
  2. Immerse your gold or silver jewelry and leave them to soak for 30 minutes to let the dirt and oxide are drop.
  3. Then you can rub it with a small brush, soft toothbrushes work very well for jewelry.
  4. Immerse your piece once more and dry it with a soft cloth.

Keep in mind that if your jewel has a stone, for example, you should rub softer or look for a specific cleaning method for these.

*If your jewels is gold plated, don’t rub with a toothbrush, just clean it after plunging it with a wet soft cloth.
